Hey there Brentwood FFA, my name is Sophie Johnston and this is my third year teaching at Liberty High School. I graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a major in Agricultural Sciences. I currently teach Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Plant Science, and Ag Leadership & Communications. I currently am the co-coach off the Veterinary Science team with Ms. Lopez and coach Prepared Public Speaking and Job Interview contest! I also am the Steer and Dairy goat advisor for the Contra Costa County Fair! A fun fact about me is that I am a first generation American and my family is from Canada! Bailey Lopez

Hi Brentwood FFA! My name is Ms. Lopez and I am so excited to be joining you this year as one of your new ag teachers and FFA advisors! I’m from the Central Valley of California and grew up surrounded by agriculture and involved in FFA. This year, I’ll be teaching Ag Soil Chemistry and Ag Mechanics. I will also be the co-coach of the Veterinary Science team and the Impromptu coach. I am also the sheep, goat, and small animal advisor for the Contra Costa County fair. Nicole Tomasello 

Welcome to Brentwood FFA! I am in my second year teaching at Liberty High School and I currently teach Sustainable Agriculture Biology as well as Art & History of Floral Design. I graduated from Fresno State University (GO DOGS) with my Bachelors in Agriculture Education and my teaching credential. I have a strong passion for agriculture and love to be able to provide opportunities for our students. I am currently the Brentwood FFA swine advisor, Creed Speaking Coach, B.I.G Coach, Horse Judging Coach and Floral Judging coach!
